L2 EAD Name Problem

Hello There,

I am on an L1 Visa and my wife applied for EAD as she is on L2 . We got the EAD card and apparently noticed that the first name and last name got interchanged . We realized we entered it wrong in the I-765 form . We called up USCIS and they created a case for this and said we will get a mail for USCIS within 15 days. Now what i want to understand is, should we apply for EAD again to get this corrected or will USCIS correct it based on the case created and mail us a new card . Can some one please let me know if you have any information on this case

Since this is not a mistake on the part of USCIS you may have to file all over again but i suggest waiting till you hear back from USCIS.
