(Direct Full Time employment) Receipt date: Jan 31st 2013 (15 days clock started) RFE Issue: Feb 7th 2013 15 days clock stopped on Feb 8th 2013. RFE received: Feb 12th 2013 RFE responsed: Feb 15th 2013 Website shows on Feb 19th 2013. (On February 19, 2013, the 15-day premium processing clock started on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER) Status: Initial review since Feb 19th As per the 15 days calendar, today is the last day. cooldude76 Posted March 1, 2013 Report Share Posted March 1, 2013 Your 15 day clock restarted from Day 1 on Feb 19. So around 2 or 3 Mar your 15 days will be over. It restarts from 0 after an RFE is given. You dont count the days it took to give an RFE. Link to comment
