Who is your employer? Since how long are you working with your employer? Did you work on OPT with your employer? Any Previous employers? Do you have any End Client? client letter... What do work there? Give me your Tax Returns for 2012... Show me your employer filled labor document...(LCA) Since How many months are you been working for your client? How long have you been living in xxxx? Did you work for the same client and changed the employers while you are on OPT? Show me your PayStubs... What did you do in your bachelors? When I was at the counters I saw 6 Visitor Visa were approved and 5 H1B visa's were approved (3 Indian incl me). Mine is EC model. I know one person who got approval with EVC model too. Did you work for the same client and changed the employers while you are on OPT? I just replied..Yes. VO didnt ask me for any further questions. In my case, good answer would be...
