RM2012 Posted February 25, 2013 Report Posted February 25, 2013 I just want to know how long an EAD/AP can be renewed as our combo cards got renewed for only one year havig PD with Dec-2007. Appreciate your inputs as i am cusrious why not renewed for 2 years.
Attorney_16 Posted February 25, 2013 Report Posted February 25, 2013 The USCIS has discretion on whether or not to issue the Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and Advance Parole (AP) combination cards for 1 or 2 years. If you are issued a card for 1 year, it is not government error, so you must make sure to renew your EAD and AP the next year.
