I am looking for get a role in consulting as Manager but salary diff could be 50% more.. Job duties are still technical work and infact same filed or product. Does Title and salary Hike could be an issue during AC21 Portability? Thanks
Belle Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 +50% is not a big deal. If you are in consulting, you need watch your responsibilties - those might spoil the deal.

Currently I am doing consulting and new company will be consulting company also , only difference is role/Title but work is almost same type Is it a bad move?

USCIS will consider all, but in practice the job duties and job code are often the most critical.
