Salary and Title -AC21 portability

Hi,

I have a EB2 case(Software Engineer) position.

I am looking for get a role in consulting as Manager but salary diff could be 50% more..

Job duties are still technical work and infact same filed or product.

Does Title and salary Hike could be an issue during AC21 Portability?

+50% is not a big deal. If you are in consulting, you need watch your responsibilties - those might spoil the deal.

responsibilities like what which could create a problem. Currently I am doing consulting and new company will be consulting company also , only difference is role/Title but work is almost same type
