Transition from Parole to H1B and getting married

Hello,

I entered US last year on advanced parole as my H1B visa was expired. On return I applied for H1B and got visa approved. I will have my visa stamped on next visit.

I'm getting married in India. Right now I'm on parole status and would like to apply for H1B visa stamp along with wife's H4 visa. is this possible?

Do I have to get H1B visa stamped first and then wife can go for H4 visa.

Or Do I have to re-enter US to change status from Parole to H1B. Then she can go for h4 visa?

Please help.
