Visa stamping address change

Hi All,

I am being very cautious and have subleased my existing costly apartment just in case my visa gets denied. Can I just give my current address as a friend's one in the ds160 and other forms? Will they do any sort of verification?

there wont be any verification...but cannot be sure..as your AR-11 might show your previous address.

and for being a pessimistic, you would be right as you have mentioned in your other topic about your shady employer...so expect to get a 221g.
