gsaneja
*Current: PWDs: H-1B 60 days, H-2B 30 days, PERM 60 days. Redeterminations and Center Director Reviews: H-1B 60 days, H-2B 30 days, PERM 60 days. Is it taking 60 days to get LCA certified for h1b transfer? My employer wants me to starts ASAP. I am worried that I may loose the offer in case it will take 2 months to get LCA certified. Is there any way h1b peptition could be filed and I can start working with new employer while LCA is in process of being certified? Link to comment
Attorney_11
By regulation, the US Dept. of Labor can take a maximum of 7 business days to adjudicate a Labor Condition Application. An H-1B petition must be filed with a certified LCA. Link to comment
