Eb1c Eligiblity...Please Advice

Hi ,

I worked for a company A back in india from Jan 2005 to June 2006. I changed to company B in June 2006 and they processed my H1b the same year and i cam to the US in Dec 2006. I worked on H1b for one year for company B(till dec 2007). In jan 2008 i moved back to compant A (which i worked with back in india) onsite.Till date i am with this company A. So, my question's are

1) Could company A process my EB1c as i worked for that company for more than one year as a project manager before coming to US on H1b with a diffrent company ?.

2) I am on H1b with company A, if i Qualify for EB1c in point 1, do i have to change to L1A or could they process on H1b ??
