221g - Case resent to USCIS for reconsideration

Hi All,

I got 221G after my interview. AFter submitting all client and mid vendor questionary and all required documents, I got email from Embassy to " return to embassy" to complete application process.

I went to embassy and VO had gave me another 221G stating that your case has sent back to USCIS for reconsideration. He didn;t tell me any reason.

how long it takes to resolve this ?

what are the options to resolve such case ?

can we file new H1B while this case is pending?

which consulate did you went for stamping. There is no certain time period to resolve this

we just need to wait until you here from them.

if you went to canada then there is a posibility of contacting consulate and it might get resolved quickly than in india

also even if you file new H1B it just changes ur employer or new H1b there is a chance of going to admin processing again

Give us details to understand the situation and accordingly the timings. it could take 2-3 months or may be quicker, if you hire an experience attorney.

What were the initial questions asked? what is your model - EVC etc?
