Please share experiences for the Qn on H1 Visa interview.

Can anyone please share experiences/views about what exactly to be talking about Employer Employee Relationship when VO asks this Qn?

And also, what kind of Supervision is done from the Employer side Manager ? My employer manages me off-site. And there is no Technical Supervision done. Can anyone tell me on how to handle this Qn? What is the education qualifications of Supervisor?

How many employees are present in the employer site physically? And how many are really Technical people?
