Phone Call from US Counsulate Hyderabad

Hi Guys,

I went to Interview on Oct 2012 and was given 221 G.

Meanwhile i receaved phone calls and had replied to there Queries.

Have a Question about recent phone call from Hyderabad US Counsulate?

They called me and i was away then my father answered the call and said that he is my father

The person who was calling asked for my alternate number and never called back again

It has been a month now. I e-mailed Couple of times but there is no response.

Does any body have any Idea why they did not call and did anything as such happen to anybody.

They call sometimes for cross check. It happened to my friend while he was under trials in 2007.

probably its a prank call from your friend..US Consulates wont call anyone.

Did the VISA officer told you that? why do you want to spam if you are unaware of it.

That's not true. One of my cousin has got a call from Hyderabad consulate and they asked details of work relationship between client and employer manager.
