Attorney_11
Generally, assuming non US education, it is required that a beneficiary of an H-1B an H-1B petition show that they are qualified to apply theoretical and practical knowledge required for a specialty occupation, usually through earning a educational level and/or work experience equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree. A evaluation from a independent credential evaluation agency is oftentimes required to satisfy that documentary burden. It may be helpful to seek the counsel of a qualified immigration attorney for more personalized advise. Link to comment
