CodeVISA Posted February 20, 2013 Report Posted February 20, 2013 Hello Everyone, I used to work in EVC model and I atteneded VISA interview at Canada in Jan 2012. I was given 221G in Mar 2012 and my case was sent back to USCIS for review. In Feb 2013 My petition got reaffirmed. NOw, Can anyone let me know what are the next steps> DO I need to wait to get some kind of mail from embassy or Do I need to update them? DO I need to book consulate appointment again for VISA interview? My previous was not willing to provide client letter. WHat are my chances? Again what all documents I need to Carry? Any help could be appreciated.
forumman Posted February 20, 2013 Report Posted February 20, 2013 Hi, I called the Department of State. They told that we have to wait until the Consulate contacts us. USCIS sends the reaffirmation info to the Consulate that you attended the visa interview. Then the Consulate will contact you by email or phone.
