Travel to India on OPT After H1B been filed

Hi,

The company that I am working for now (Direct Hire) are going to apply for H1B visa in april. But the company wants me to travel to india for a month to co-ordinate a project with their office in India. Most likely, i will be traveling from mid April to mid May. So I am in dilemma that should I travel or not. I would really appreciate if you can suggest me what to do in this situation.
