Need suggestion- H1b Adminstrative processing over 90 days

Hi,

Its been over 90 days for 221g case to resolved at Calgary consulate.

I have a question..I can not wait any longer..its quiet expensive to live here.

Can I withdraw my case from Calgary and reapply for same H1b visa in India?

if possible..then is it going to be fresh case or it will effect my chances of approving visa because I withdraw application from Calgary embassy?

Note: I am still supporting my client remotely.

Hi I think there is such option.But you have to have a fresh interview scheduled in India .But please check with an attorney before you do anything.

check with your employer, there should be a waiting period (I think it is 90 days), one the period is over u can appeal your case to USCIS for final decision...
