H4 Visa stamping risk while H1 under process

I am currently in US and i am planning to file H1B for my fiance in April 2013 while she is in India. I have already found an employer who is ready to file her H1B. So After our marriage she is planning to travel with me in July after her H4 gets stamped. And By October 2013, once her H1B is approved we are thinking of a Change of Status.

I would like to know if the H1B that is filed for her by April will show up in the system when she goes for her H4 stamping. And even if it shows up, will that cause any issues for her H4 stamping?

Shouldn't cause any problems. The only catch is in case the VO asks "What are you going to do in US? Planning to work?" and she says "No" and it is showing in system that she has applied for H1, that would be a problem.

BTW, I am also trying for my wife's H4? She is currently in India and coming here in March. Can you share how you went about searching for sponsors/employers for fresh H1B ? My id is nimisha09@gmail.com.
