Dependents are comming back to US while transfer is in progress with RFE

Friends,

I am having doubt on travelling of my dependents(wife and son).

My visa is transferred from company a to b and its on regular processing(with RFE). My wife and son are on vacation to India. They have visa stamped till Mar 2014 with company A.

I have two doubts,

1. Does they require re-stamping ?

2. Is it OK to travel to US while h1 transfer is in progress ?

Please share your experience or advise with me as earliest.
