I130 US Citizen applied for married son/daughter over 21

Hello,

My Grand mom(US Citizen) has applied for green card under I130 for my mom and we are three children. I am working in US on H1B and my rest of family is back home. so will i and my siblings be eligible for this GC process as we are unmarried and are above 21 years of age?
