Need to go for H1 stamping with out dependent ?

can some one please clarify whether i can attend h1 visa stamping with out spouse ?

There is no mandate requiring a married individual eligible for H-1B classification to be accompanied by their spouse. One can apply for an H-1B visa independent of their spouse in most circumstances.

Here is my situation,

Me and my Wife are in US right now and she's on H4.

I am planning to attend visa interview in Vancouver sometime in May. So, Do I need to take my wife along with me for her H4 interview? If not, If VO asks, Why didn't you brought your wife along with you? What would be the best defending answer?
