H1B without bachelor degree certificate though master degree certificate and other documents are available

Hi,

Soon my company is going to file H1B petition for me, but I am not having bachelor degree certificate but I having all other documents like Master's degree certificate all other mark sheets.

I have already applied for provisional & original degree certificate for bachelor and I have receipts also for the same.

Can I file for H1B petition without bachelor degree certificate ?
