MRV fee receipt for H1 and H4 stamping in HYD

Hi all,

I am my wife want to go for stamping in Hyderabad. I paid the cash at the counter for both the visas at once (together) and entered the same bank reference number at both the text boxes for me and my wife.

Now I am getting below error

No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for

I am wondering if I had to pay cash twice once for each application? please let me know asap.. this is urgent.
