H4 visa interview for my wife and kid

Hi,

Currently I am in USA.I am planing to send my wife and kid for h4 interview in india.my daughter is 2 years old and my daughter is eliglble for visa waiver program.

Can I send them for interview together or can I send my wife for interview and submitting the documents for my kid through drop box.

Please advisde which is better.

if we submit the documents through drop box how much time it will take to get stamped.

My wife and kid are going to go for H4 visa interview next week and I am in the same situation.
