skd1900 Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 Hi All: Scenario: My mother-in-law already has a 10 year visa and visited USA before. I need to now sponsor for my Father-In-Law only. They both plan to visit USA this summer. Question: There is a specific question in I-134 which says "Who all will be traveling with you?". Though my Mother in Law does not need visa, should my sponsorship documents (I-134, invitation letter, letter to the consulate) be prepared as inviting them both or should they be focused on just my Father In Law? Thanks a lot in advance. Regards SKD
Attorney_25 Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 You may want to have a qualified immigration attorney guide your FIL through the visa application process.
