Can we request for H1B Extension.or a trasnfer based on pending GC [ 140 approved ] while responding to the Intend to Revoke on the previously approved H1B extension petition ? . Situation , Homeland Security came to client site and found the employee working directly for the agency . Agency terminated employee , employee worked on some other projects with us on our payroll till last week when we received the intend to revoke . . on grounds that the employee was not working for us at the time of client visit . Please list options . . thanks
