H4 to H1 and then H1 transfer

Hi ,

I am currently on H4 visa and have found a possible sponsor Employer A(US) for my H1b visa (first H1b). If everything goes well, thevisa application would be filed on 1st April 2013 and the approval notice would be recieve by (say sometime in June for regular processsing or earlier for premium processing).

Currently I would be joining new job with Employer B in India, as he is not able to raise my H1 because i have to get confirm in that company ( it will take 6 months), that is why I am going to Employer A for H1.

1)Is that possible to get transfer H1b to Employer B before Oct 1 2013, if not when can i transfer that?

2)If H1b transfer possible, how much time it will take?
