Current employer-H1B petition in process, New employer- H1B approved

Hi:

My current status-

I140 approved- 180 days over

I-485 pending approval

EAD-Renewed twice and is in valid state

I had filed for H1 B extension with company A (current employer) and it is in pending state.

Now I am changing job and got a new H1 Bapproved for company B (new company).

My question is after a few days/months if H1 B from company A gets approved, does it affect my green card processing or any other process at my new company B? How do they decide which is my current employer, is it the latest H1B approval?
