Can i go on L4 as my I-130 application is pending

Hi

I am an indian citizen and my brother who is us citizan had applied I-130 me for two years back.Now my wife may get the opportunity to go us on L1 visa.My question is if i go with her on L4, how it will affect my I-130 application.

There is no L4. The visa for dependents of L1 is L2.

The L1 and L2 allow immigration intent, so there is no problem.
