H1: Transfer Question

I am currently full time in company A

and company B has filed premium h1b transfer

it is still pending

when H1 is approved

can i give 2 week notice and go to office and be on payroll for 2 weeks ?

am i allowed to work 2 weeks for company A ?

or

should i make sure i give notice immeadietly to company A after they company B apply

for H1 transfer premium ?? even when it is still pending??

please suggest

All H1b petitions are independent of each other. Even if B's H1b is approved, you have 60 days to report them. You can carry on working for A in notice period and then join B. Don't forget to resign in written to make sure that you maintained H1b status with A till the last day of employer-employee relationship.
