Can i go for H1B Stamping to Canada from India

I came to India in June, 2012 and was issued an 221(g) for a Company A. After 6 months of review, my 221(g) has been rejected and the case has been sent back to USCIS for further review. I initiated a H1B transfer to a Company B. My question is if i could go to Canada for my H1B stamping (or) do i need to get it stamped only in India. Please help me out folks.
