Louisville79 Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 I was wondering if one goes to Canada for H1b Interview. Is it possible to come back to US using "automatic visa revalidation" ? I was on F1 then changed to H1 (Not stamped yet on the passport). Is it possible to travel to Canada and come back to US in case of 221g. Thank you
LincolnLion Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 hi gurudev in case of 221g u can't come back to US on F1 valid visa unless u have full time course enroll in any university. U need to have valid I20 if u have any plans to come back to US.
