What happens if One submits DS 160 and .....

Just wondering what happens when one fills entire DS 160 form and submits it consulate but does not upload the DS form number for appointment.

I have set up an appointment month ago but today I filled another DS 160 and sent submit to the consulate but did not upload the DS 160 number in my file yet. It was just a minor correction. I am not sure if I am going to upload this form for my interview. SInce the form has been submitted to the consuate but not uploaded for the interview, will there be a problem of any sorts ?

I don't think it will create any issue. When you appear for interview, they would pull up the DS-160 no you provided on the appointment and not the extra one that's created online by you.
