SEVIS Terminated - do anyone faced & came out of this situation?

Hi all,

Currently I am dealing with a case where the sevis is terminated(OPT extension denied). Do anyone of you gone through this situation and came out of it???

Please give your suggestions to get out of this mess.....

what's the reason for OPT extension denial??

wrong e-verify number. my employer provided wrong e-verify number for two times, by mistake. but he is e-verified......
