mane
called and got nothing interesting. Only thing I knew now they are waiting for some document. I was given 221g Yellow on 10th Dec (interview day), since then i haven't heard a word. Now the lady in DOS told me, someone put a note that Document waiting...she cudn't tell me what document and from whom.... it seems like my file is just sitting somewhere in their desks... itsmeusa
Hello "mane", please try to find out the email address of US consulate where you attended H-1B interview and ask them for updates. Another thing, all 221-G processing is done by Fraud Protection Unit of respective US consulates, so you also find out their email id and ask them for updates. Link to comment
mane
@itsmeusa. Thanks I tried contacted Toronto US Consulate via email and they are just saying the same standard reply that your case is in Administrative Processing. I contacted the DOS and they are saying my case is pending and call them next week. I'll see if I can find their email address Link to comment
itsmeusa
TRTNIV@state.gov TRTFPU@state.gov Please ask your employer / lawyer to talk to them to expedite the things. Write up nice email that this is impacting work etc. It's better to get their attention rather than waiting to see their action. Link to comment
