H4 Visa Extension

Hi,

Last year march me(H1) and my wife (H4) came to US and my visa got expired on Nov 2012 in between my company applied for an H1 Extension and got approved recently.

So for H4 what is the process ? Do we(My Company) need to apply for H4 visa extension or will H4 updates with my H1 visa extension approval?

Im confused at this point.

Thanks for the response shiv.

I just contacted my company they didn't applied till now. They will apply is ASAP.

She is now with me in US. Will there be any problem? Is her H4 visa revoked?

What are the consequences or problem she or me will face even after expiring the visa staying in US but even didn't applied for extension.
