Canadian TRV NY ..Money order addressed to

Hi all,

I have looked into the Fee Schedule under newyork canadaian consulate..was not able to find out where the money order be addressed to.

Can some one please let me know to whom the MO be addressed to.Also will be of help to let me know whts the avg wait time for the trv turnaround ..if sent by mail and dropped in person.

Here are the details:

If paying in US funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Consulate General of Canada (or, if applying in Washington, to the Embassy of Canada). Payment in US funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in the United States.

Hello Sandyman - I came to know that Canada visitor visa takes longer time (3 to 4 weeks) if applied thru mail. If applied in person (at NYC), you would get within 3 to 4 business days excluding the day of interview / Sat / Sun (first hand experiene).
