prasadrsd Posted February 13, 2013 Report Posted February 13, 2013 Hello, I am currently working on H1 B petition for Company A. I got an offer from Company B and they applied for my H1 B transfer. The petition got approved but I didnt join company B yet. Now, I got another offer from Company C and I would like to join them. I have not started my employment with Company B and hence I dont have any paystubs for Company B. I have all the paystubs from Company A since I am actively employed and working for Company A. Can I have company C file the H1 B transfer for me in this situation? What are the documents that I need to submit for my H1 B transfer through Company C. Please let me know.
Attorney_25 Posted February 13, 2013 Report Posted February 13, 2013 You can transfer from A to C. You will have to supply all documents normally needed for filing of an H-1B petition. It is highly recommendable to have a qualified immigration attorney handle this process.
prasadrsd Posted February 13, 2013 Author Report Posted February 13, 2013 Thanks for your reply!! Should I let Company C know that there is Company B petition approved but I didnt join? Company C is a big company.
