prasadrsd
Hello, I am currently working on H1 B petition for Company A. I got an offer from Company B and they applied for my H1 B transfer. The petition got approved but I didnt join company B yet. Now, I got another offer from Company C and I would like to join them. I have not started my employment with Company B and hence I dont have any paystubs for Company B. I have all the paystubs from Company A since I am actively employed and working for Company A. Can I have company C file the H1 B transfer for me in this situation? What are the documents that I need to submit for my H1 B transfer through Company C. Please let me know. Link to comment
Attorney_11
Generally, a change of employer petition may be permissible under these circumstances. Of course, an applicant and an employer must be mindful of individual status expiration, and other considerations to ensure seamless transition and maintenance of status. A consultation with a qualified immigration attorney would be advisable. Link to comment
