sj2003
Hi, I received 221g in 2011 and as the processing was taking time, i went for H4 and successfully got the visa. Before going for interview, i resigned from my employer (A) and requested withdrawal of my application. Fortunately after couple of months in US on H4, i managed to do a COS from H4->H1 with a new employer (B). But later after some days i received a mail from the consulate that they have returned my petition with previous employer(A) to KCC and have refused me visa under 221g. Recently i got a Full time job with a big high tech company © and joined them after my H1B transfered was approved. Now i am planning to go to India and will need to go for my h1B stamping for company C Will my previous 221g denial cause any issues during stamping? And what question can i expect from VO? itsmeusa
I would recommend you to consult with a good immigration lawyer before you would go to India. That discussion should help you to sort out all your queries. Link to comment
