Now I got the offer from another Compnay B and they processed H1 B transfer as well. Now my question is, I will go on loss of pay from current employer ( so that payroll will not be generated) and join in New compnay B. My plan is, If dont like the work at new compnay B then I wanted to switch back to old compnay A with in 30 days. Since I will be on leave, both petitions will be active.Can I do this? or once I joined in the new compnay I cannot join back in the old company ? pleaseclarify me..

Once you join new company you are no longer an employee of old company so your H1 filed by old company will become invalid by default. If you want to have that old H1 to be activate, you should be an employee of that sponsored company.
