Krupakar
My name is Shravan Kumar, I got my visa for 2.5 yrs and it expires on may 20th, 2013. I had a university transfer after my 1st year. Now I wanted to travel to india with my research work pending in may.I am planning on attending the visa interview for my f1 extension. Are there any chances of rejection? any suggestions on carrying the documents? If rejected can I travel back to US before may 20th. Link to comment
Attorney_25
In order to have an F-1 visa approved, you will need to continue to show the intent to depart the US at the conclusion of your studies and the required financial support. You may want to consult with a qualified immigration attorney to review the facts of your case in more detail. Link to comment
