H4 spouse visa in India ( after 3 visiting visa rejections)

I recently married a girl, and she got diveorced in Australia and now i am planning to apply H4 dependent visa to my wife but she already have 3 visiting visa rejection from ind to usa

befroe marriage

I have some quries can any one please help me out

- Should i mention anything about divorce in my wifes visa application

PLease help me out with your suggestions.
