nimmi60 Posted September 21, 2011 Report Share Posted September 21, 2011 I have valid B1 visa on my passport and my H1 stamping is in pending due to 221g. I came to India while working for big MNC in US on vacation for the last 4 years and stuck with with H1 visa stamping issue. Can I travel on B1 (as the MNC have few branches in India) to US while H1b is in pending? Your help is greatly appreciated. Link to comment
