H1B to L1A on 6th year

Hi all,

Thanks for wonderful services provided.

I completed 5 yrs in L1B and then presently in 6th year in H1B which is expiring Nov 2013. My company won't do GC now. Can my company do a H1B to L1A now and i stay for another year till Nov 2014 provided my company agrees to do a L1A for me ?. I will have 9+ yrs of total experience in a month.
