How advisable to carry all luggage while you are gone for visa stamp to Canada - Ottawa ?

One of my friend is going for visa stamping to ottawa - canada but he is not confident that he will come back to usa so he wants to carry all his luggage with him. Any suggestion?

for 2 checkin luggages, they charge about 25 each for one flight...so total of 50+50=100 if u get stamped....if u dont get stamped..only 50...

it all depends on how confident are u...

if ur confidence is less than 50 percent...take the luggage...else leave it...worst case, u might ask someone who stays near ur home to send ur luggage by post or something...which may cost upto 100 or 200 only.....

i would strongly suggest LEAVE NO VALUABLES BEHIND. It doesnt matter whether you are confident or not.
