Question Regarding employer merging with another company

HI Guys ,

My employer has merged with another company last yr and my pay stubs are running via new company , my question is my H1 b approved i-797 is from my previous company not with the current company.

is that going to be problem at visa interview ??

My employer said he will provide all the merging docs , so there will be no problem , but any one has the same situation ? need advice.
