Do i need to go for stamping?

Hi,

I have a valid H1B visa in my passport until Jan 2014 with my ex employer A. During Mar 2012 i have changed to B employer and i have new I-797 until Feb 2015. If i travel to India on my Return to US do i require a visa stamping on my passport for my new employer B?

If any one who has travelled in same like this situation or info is really appreciated.

The current rules permit an individual beneficiary of a valid H-1B petition to seek admission to the United States in H-1B classification on the basis of a valid H-1B visa issued previously based on a petition filed by an old employer. Care must be taken to ensure that proof of the valid petition with the new employer is presented to the Border Officer when seeking readmission to the United States.
