Under what conditions do I have to file new LC

Hello all - Apologies if this topic is already discussed, I wanted to know under what conditions do I have to file a new Labor Cert? Under AC21, change of jobs have to be similar profile, however, if I chose to work within my company in a different role, i.e., not similar job profile, will it warrant a new LC? Also, I have been promoted after 140 approval, the job responsibilities are similar, however, if I get a new job based (New company) on my current responsibility, will I have to tile new LC

AC 21 permanent portability allows those individuals who have received a same or similar job offer as to the one for which they were sponsored for permanent immigration to change jobs (regardless of employer) without having to have to go through the immigrant visa petitioning process assuming they are the beneficiaries of an approved immigrant petition and have had an I-485 pending greater than 180 days.
