Hi,

I applied inperson in NY consulate on Jan 25th and I got my documents today (feb 6th).

I gave them Express mail envelop to send my docs.

i dropped my passport in NYC consulate on Jan 21st and recieved with stamped visa on Feb 6th... it took 15 days for the process
