bijuyes80 Posted February 6, 2013 Report Share Posted February 6, 2013 folks, i was all set to go for H1b stamping in ottawa , but the last moment cancelled it due to the uncertainty about the amentment clauses.. so i did ask my employer to file amentment on normal processing ( $1000 less than premium).. it was a gamble for me as i was not sure whether my project will go for 3 more months before the normal processing get approved. but it happened ,that too with in 10 days time ..now i can go for stamping with more confidence... it was my 4th year on h1 and second stamping... all the best for those you struck on whether to go for amentment or not.. go for it.. cheers Link to comment
